Job description
As an HR Advisor for our European Headquarter you will support the Human Resources Shared Service model and help elevate the customer service team to the next level of efficiency and service delivery.
Your expertise will cover a wide range of areas including: employee benefits, compensation, HR processes & policies, vendor services from individual NIKE employees, HR staff in business & functional units, as well as external service providers or government agencies.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Deliver service excellence and flawless HR administrative support to the Western Europe / Central Eastern Europe headquarters in the Netherlands;
- Service excellence includes, but is not limited to: phone & help desk availability, providing timely, correct & complete information, making sound judgments and decisions on required actions, initiate actions or monitor progress, track activities and log issues to help streamline, knowledge management (capturing FAQ’s and HR knowledge database);
- Ensure that the customer service team follows standard guidelines & procedures when responding to all calls, e-mail & personal inquiries;
- Fully understand the job responsibilities and the HR business in order to increase effectiveness in relationship with customers;
- Work with the rest of the team to share best practices and contribute to process improvement, identifying key areas to (re) design, implement and document HR processes.
- Prepare and deliver trainings to employees and managers on HR tools and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an entry level HR role or in a customer service role
- Fluency in English and one other European language like Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish (verbal and written) is a must
- You must be a problem solver, with strong commitment to service excellence and good communication skills
- Other key skills are: proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, able to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced, results oriented, flexible working environment
