Strategic Client Liaison - 12085

A crucial role within the Operations Team, The Strategic Client Liaison will meet and work with our key clients to lead and drive the operational design of our offering to ensure it is delighting our clients.

The Strategic Client Liaison has accountability for Client Requests and translate that into operational requirement, ensuring deliverables meet our client needs and that targets for Quality, Delivery Timeliness, Compliance are met/exceeded. You will be a client advocate on Quality & Delivery within the Company by proactively anticipating requirements, providing feedback on Client needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those Client needs.

We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in working closely with Clients and curiosity in operational process, with a high level of attention to detail, a technical mind and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Meet with clients to discuss their needs and translate those into technical requirements for execution by nearshore and offshore ops team (including quality performance, feasibility investigations) to drive business result and delight clients.
·  Identify, assess and quantify opportunities to improve or streamline client database and lead operational health program. Produce documentation to detail any recommendations, ensuring repeatability, consistency and the adoption of industry best practice at all times.
·  Provide leadership and communication (to clients / client service organisation) on any business critical data quality issues, support in deep dive for root cause for quality improvement.
·  To contribute UK elements of regional/global client/operational projects, working in collaboration with country SPOCs / Managers and Governance teams to deliver results on client initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally need:

·  Strong can do attitude and self-initiative, demonstrating the ability to achieve results with driving teamwork.
·  Strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
·  Strong technical understanding of operational processes End to End and capabilities in order to translate client requirements into a technical specification.
·  Strong influencing and project management skills.
·  Excellent relationship management skills to liaise with all levels of associates within commercial teams, clients and the operation teams onshore or offshore.
·  Work remotely and able to coach the nearshore & offshore team in a virtual environment.
·  A good balance of creativity while having strong execution excellence.
