The CPQ Manager will be a key member of the Sales Operations team focused on partnering with the product owner to execute the development and implementation of a new pricing, quoting, and contracting tool (CPQ/CLM application) on the Salesforce platform. In this position, the CPQ Manager will take on responsibility for the development and implementation of the CPQ/CLM. This position will have responsibility to gather, document, and harmonize requirements across markets and functions in an agile work stream (including: define/requirements gathering with user stories and acceptance criteria by epic and/or features, in-depth review and approvals by epic, design and sprint reviews, QA and UAT). This position will support adoption and training of the application.

Key Focus Areas:

·  Execute on roadmap to develop and implement the pricing, quoting, and contracting Tool (CPQ/CLM) across lead markets
·  Engage directly with business stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Pricing/Contracts, and Technology
·  Represent the lead market business for key decisions and harmonize conflicting needs when necessary
·  Engage the business on continuous improvement to promote simplification and optimization of the process and technology associated with CPQ/CLM
·  Partner with Technology and 3rd party vendor to achieve successful implementation
·  Prioritize enhancements for the CPQ/CLM application post deployment
·  Champion to drive adoption and success of the CPQ/CLM application
·  User adoption and end-user experience

Skills & Qualifications:

·  2-5 years of commercial experience implementing Pricing and Quoting tools; inclusive of working with development teams to translate requirements
·  Apttus (Application) or similar CPQ/CLM implementation experience required
·  Apttus 201 certification (preferred) and xAuthor plug-in knowledge preferred
·  Support engagement manager (used to working with the dev team and translating requirements) and consulting, process owner on the business, types of roles that are attracted to this description and less technical. Someone who is analytical that would figure out a problem
·  Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
·  Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
