Prelude: -
The GRC team is currently recruiting for two categories of candidates to work
simultaneously on reports/BI tools that will help our organization to grow further.
These two categories can be precisely classified as KPO and KPO+ .
KPO Role :
The job would require associates to cull-out data from databases with the help of
in-house Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Once the data culling process is over,
they would need to do some data wrangling and then present through
dashboards in excel/PPT.
Associates will pass over automated and sustainable reports to the Client-Service
team or clients with a good transition document as per required templates.
KPO Criteria
1. B-Tech (CSE/ IT/ECE: CGPA 6.5 – 8); Msc IT (60%),
2. Hons. Graduate (B.Sc.) min 50%; 10+2 secured min 60%
3. B.CA min 6.5+; 10+2 secured min 60%
4. MCA (6.5 +), Graduation min 50%; 10+2 secured min 60%
5. MBA IT/IS (6.5 +), Graduation min 50%; 10+2 secured min 60%
6. Must be proficient in English
7. Basic Excel knowledge (VBA Macro – NOT MANDATORY)
8. Candidate will be responsible for developing automated and sustainable reports
based on some specific tool/platform assigned to them.
9. They must deliver reports/projects which meet the criteria of on-time, first time
correct
10.Should have effective communication skills to understand and explain the report
development processes and methodology used.
11.They must have a clear idea about the pros and cons of any other methodologies, if
applicable.
Package (KPO): -
A starting package of 2.75 lakhs will be offered to candidates upon final selection
with a probation period of 6 months.

KPO Plus Role: –
● Work with various BI Tools and VBA after culling the data from Nielsen Insight Studio
(NIS) or NAd (Nielsen Answers Desktop)
● Understand both business and technical requirements, along with end-to-end
processes involved, and communicate effectively with Report L iaison or CS for the
same
● Program or code according to required technical specifications, for enhancement,
modification or development of existing/new projects
● Conceive optimal ways to re-engineering and develop new modules to support
business
● Ensure that programs/modules are fully automated and sustainable in design with
proper comments, and compliant with other BI or in-house tools like DIPE
● Provide support for the developed scripts/codes and any required changes or
enhancements of the same
● Function as a trainer for other KPOs if required
KPO Plus Criteria
● B-Tech (CSE/ IT/ECE - CGPA above 7)
● Should have moderate skills in Business Intelligence (BI) Tools (e.g. – Microstrategy,
QlikView, Power BI etc.)
● Should have excellent skills in Visual Basic (VB) scripting, along with any other coding
skills (C#, C etc.)
● Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL development (SQL queries, procedures, coding,
cursor, triggers as per business user requirement).
● Should be versatile to handle multiple platforms/tools (e.g. – Advanced Excel , Micro
Strategy, as well as Nielsen’s In house tools like Nielsen Answers desktop and Report
Template Library (RTL) on which they will be trained.

Should be able to learn new tools quickly, and have quick learning capability
● Should have good improvisation skills, by which they can conceive solutions in
multiple ways, and determine the best way to do it.
● Should have good visualizing skills, to think of the best ways to design reports.
● Should have excellent communication skills .
● Should have minimum one year coding experience
Package (KPO Plus): -
A starting package of 3.25 lakhs will be offered to candidates upon final selection with a
probation period of 6 months.
