The Participant Recruiter is responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting suitable research participants for specific study objectives, and for coordinating those individuals as appropriate against research deadlines

Responsibilities:

·  Develop tailored screening questionnaires for specific study objectives
·  Craft and implement marketing campaigns and manage associated costs in order to find respondents for multiple research projects
·  Identify, screen, recruit, schedule, and coordinate research participants
·  Handle personal and confidential information of respondents
·  Manage central recruiting database and selectively utilize the database when recruiting
·  Actively manage participant enrollment and deadlines for multiple studies simultaneously
·  Partner with other Participant Recruiters and/or outside vendors to fill a single lab schedule with respondents
·  Proactively recruit for specialized demographics to build targeted databases
·  Develop and sustain partnerships with outside institutions, community organizations, and local liaisons to bring diversity to participant demographics
·  Handle hourly influx and efflux of research participants
·  Conduct visual exercises with respondents and partner with Neurophysiologists to make final decisions on whether a respondent qualifies for testing
·  Manage participant incentives, including decision of incentive amount and payment administration
·  Mitigate and resolve interpersonal issues or conflicts with respondents
·  Conduct incidence rate checks and advise Lab Operations Managers on study proposals and timing related to recruiting
·  Responsible for meeting monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals pertaining to lab capacity utilization
·  Recommend and drive process improvements for effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's Degree required
·  Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
·  High attention to detail
·  Strong verbal expression skills
·  Proficiency in email, internet applications, MS Word, Excel required
