Jr Client Service Executive
MAKE A DIFFERENCE
What's the job?
You will make a difference by answering to clients' questions on Nielsen studies that will enable clients to grow in the FMCG market!
Your job will contain 3 main parts: the daily contact with retailer and manufacturer clients, the reporting on market trends and the setup of general trends in client presentations.
Concretely, for the first part, you'll be accountable for responding effectively to our clients' daily questions on the use of Nielsen data, escalating when needed to other teams. You will perform small data analysis, provide guidance on our software and webtools and contribute to the enrichment of our CRM knowledge center. As our client's first point of contact, you'll be the friendly help of Nielsen, providing award-winning customer service and support.
For the second part, you'll be responsible to build and refresh the regular and ad hoc reports about the market trends and deliver them to our clients.
Finally, you'll help the analytics team in building quality presentations on categories. You'll work together to deliver meaningful results and insights on the FMCG market.

The minimum requirements are
· University Degree (Business Engineering, Marketing, Business Science,…)
· Have a minimum knowledge or curiosity/interest of market research/market data and/or consumer goods industry
· Be fluent in Dutch and French, one is your mother tongue and you have a very good knowledge of the other one - Required and mandatory as our clients and teams speak those languages
· Be fuent in Business English
· The ability to demonstrate good client service skills across all media (email, phone and face to face)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and a passion for technology
On top of these requirements, you'll have an advantage if you possess one or more of these skills and attitudes:

· Analytical skills
· A small experience in a customer support service is an asset (1-2 years) but this is a recent graduate job opportunity
