We are the Regional Analytics Centre of Excellence based in Warsaw. Our Consultants partner some of the largest FMCG clients in the world. We are using data to explain what happened on the market and what they should do next to improve the business performance.

About the Job:

·  Learn to advise and assist clients in optimizing their pricing, trade promotions, media, assortment strategies and return on investments. We will teach you how such projects work and get you prepared to lead them!
·  Coordinate analytical research project execution between teams of internal experts and international colleagues
·  Analyze results of the projects and learn how to present them in a story
·  Build reports with insights and recommendations for the client in a presentation
·  Depending on the experience you have, you will start as Junior Consultant or Consultant and will be provided with clear career path based on your strengths and performance

Requirements:

·  Interested in market research and business, data-based analytics & consulting
·  Eager to work with numbers and have quantitative analysis skills / background
·  Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment
·  Fluent in English (another European Language would be an asset)
·  Able to draw recommendations from data
·  Well organized
·  Be comfortable and efficient in working with MIcrosoft Excel & Powerpoint

Nice if you also:

·  Have 1 year of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG
·  Are passionate about Price, Promo, Media and Assortment Analytics
·  Have studied Econometrics or something similar at University
