KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Training will be provided in Nielsen's Retail Methodology and you will achieve a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG eco-system – from consumers, manufacturers, retailers and beyond.
·  Serves as a first touch point to our FMCG clients via e-mail and phone, and potentially becoming the subject matter expert of all Retail Insights' queries.
·  Tasked to provide quick and accurate response to both internal and external clients, which may include data insights extractions and providing solutions to clients' queries.
·  Exposure to Nielsen's Global Services network by coordinating international sales requests through local category checks and liaising with fellow regional counter parts.
·  Serves as a Business Partner to our internal Client Response and Analytics Team to tackle complex issues.
·  Become more adept in creating dashboards to track and analyse Key Performance Indicators as well as proposing workflow improvement solutions.
·  You will play a vital role in shaping our clients' experiences with Nielsen and driving greater client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  At least a Bachelor's Degree, in any discipline
·  No experience required but 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support line would be desirable
·  Passionate in driving customer experience and willing to go the extra mile to assist clients and enhance client's satisfaction
·  Composed and flexible individual who is able to overcome difficult and complex situations.
·  Comfortable working with large data sets/ numbers.
·  Competent in Microsfot Excel.
