Definition of The Role Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) is a telephone surveying technique in which the interviewer follows a script provided by a software application

Responsibilities

·  Conduct surveys and record the feedback with 100% accuracy.
·  Note down the verbatim with proper spelling and grammar check
·  Make callbacks to the customers if required
·  Responsible for the proper execution of floor procedures
·  Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include Saturdays
·  Using problem-solving skills to handle difficult or irate clients
·  Learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them
·  Capitalizing LEAD requests by applying core customer service techniques supported by LEAD qualification skills
·  Conveying customers’ feedback and suggestions to the Supervisor in order to offer services exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

·  Preferably six months or more experience in Outbound Contact Center Operations
·  Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
·  Good telephone manner
·  Preferable of either Arabian & English or Hindi & English both Speaking & Reading is a mandate
·  Motivated and reliable
·  Basic IT skills
·  Confident and able to approach people
·  Willing to learn
·  Results Driven
·  Proper 6 months validated Visa and Passport (both Candidate & Sponsor) to obtain Labor Card
