Associate Panel Relations Specialist

The Associate Panel Relations Specialist will act as the 'voice of Nielsen,' by completing scripted interviews of our Nielsen panelists to ensure we maintain household data accuracy. In addition they will be responsible for recruitment of new Nielsen households.

Job Description:

· 
Places outbound and inbound calls to Nielsen panelists

· 
Primary customer service contact to complete demographic updates, addressing household concerns, answering simple questions from our panelist

· 
Building solid, productive relationships through positive communication

· 
Data Entry of reported panelist changes

· 
Identify and escalate any issues regarding panelist cooperation

Requirements:

Professional attitude

· 
Strong customer service skills

· 
Typing by touch

· 
Handle large call volumes both inbound and outbound

· 
Ability to communicate effectively

· 
Proficiency using electronic communications

· 
Ability to work independently and on a team

· 
Effective organizational skills

· 
Excellent time management skills

· 
Ability to meet required deadlines

· 
MS Windows experience and word processing

· 
High school degree
