Objective:
Assist client service team (CS) in delivering quality services to clients by covering key activities such as
easiquesting of questionnaire, program link checking and liaison with programming team, field kit preparation
etc. and ensure timely execution and delivery of these services according to client business needs and
specifications.
Main Accountabilities:
● First Time right delivery of easiquested questionnaire and link checks
● Liaison with programmer, translation and other support teams
● Field Kit preparation in consultation with CS
● Conduct Basic Data checks under guidance from CS
● Work with CS team based on the defined prioritization
Role Requirements:
● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Logical Mindset
● Client servicing & project management skills
● Attention to detail, Multi-tasking skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree with 1-2 yrs work experience or MBA Freshers.
● Exposure to market research industry/domain will be an added advantage
