HR Spezialisten / VIE (m/w)

Gemeinsam mit dem deutschen HR-Team leisten Sie einen elementaren Beitrag zur Entwicklung und Transformation von Human Resources innerhalb unseres Konzerns und insbesondere in Deutschland.

Ihre A ufgaben

· Unterstützen Sie die Gestaltung und Bereitstellung von HR-Richtlinien und -Prozessen
· Verwalten und Verfolgen Sie die Umsetzung von globalen HR-Richtlinien in Übereinstimmung mit lokalen HR-Anforderungen
· Arbeiten Sie an internationalen und nationalen HR-Projekten mit
· Entwickeln Sie Instrumente/Hilfsmittel für die Steuerung unserer HR-Informationssysteme
· Wirken Sie bei Projekten im Rahmen von Employer Branding und Employee Engagement mit und übernehmen Sie Eigenverantwortung für Teilprojekte

Ihr P rofil

· Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im wirtschaftlichen Bereich
· Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR, in internationalen Umfeld wünschenswert
· Fließendes Englisch sowie min. grundlegende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
· Fortgeschrittene EDV-Kenntnisse insbesondere MS Excel
· Analytische Fähigkeit und Affinität zu Zahlen
· Motivierter, strukturierter und gewissenhafter Arbeitsstil
· Kreative, strategische und analytische Denkweise sowie ein Verständnis für den Gesamtzusammenhang von Sachverhalten („Big Picture“)
· Neugierde und schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sowie Interesse daran über den Tellerrand zu schauen

Es ist ein aus Frankreich organisiertes internationales Freiwilligenprogramm, das Berufseinsteigern, Absolventen mit Berufserfahrung und Studenten am Ende des Studiums ermöglicht Berufserfahrung im internationalen Kontext zu sammeln.

Central area personnel & law : At the headquarters in Hanover we are responsible for the central organization of cross-location HR topics and projects. In these topics, we work closely with the international head office in France. Personnel development and related matters are an essential part of the tasks.

HR Specialist / VIE (m/f)

Together with the German HR team, you are making a fundamental contribution to the development and transformation of human resources within our Group and especially in Germany.

Your tasks:

· Supporting the design and provision of HR guidelines and processes
· Managing and tracking the implementation of global HR policies in accordance with local HR requirements
· Working on international and national HR projects
· Developing tools for controlling our HR information systems
· Participating in projects within the framework of employer branding and employee engagement and assume responsibility for subprojects

Your qualifications:

· Successfully completed a degree in economics
· First experience in HR, desirable in an international environment
· Fluent English as well as min. basic language skills in German
· Advanced computer skills, especially MS Excel
· Good numerical and analytical skills
· Motivated, structured and conscientious work style
· Creative, strategic and analytical thinking as well as an understanding of the overall context of issues ('Big Picture')
· Curiosity and quick comprehension, as well as an interest in thinking outside the box

It is an international volunteer program organized in France that allows young professionals, graduates with professional experience and students at the end of their studies to gain work experience in an international context.
