Job description
Position : Controller
Organization
· Function : Finance

· Location : Nahr Ibrahim
· Supervisor : Financial Controller
Purpose (Sum up the position using one or two sentences)
· Synthetizes, analyzes and comments financial information to provide a precise, clear and consistent view of performance indicators for his/her perimeter (Actual, Forecasts & Budgets Product / Market analysis…)
Areas of responsibility (Use active verbs to define areas of responsibility and especially the weight of each responsibility : “Manage”, “Support”, “Participate”; “Is responsible for”, “Is in charge of”, “Promote”, “Contribute” etc.)
· Coordinates & consolidates entity reporting, ensuring itscompleteness and timeliness,
· Performs cost accounting, inventory valuation and control of flows (financial & operational) transversally for his/her scope
· Follows-up transversal financial topics including: evolution of indirect costs for the entity, restructuring,...
· Defines and coordinates evolutions on systems and processes linked to business or Group new requirements, adapting them to local constraints/environment (with respect to: reporting, internal control, budget & forecast or cost accounting topics)
Expected results (What is the expected contribution of the position? What are the main objectives and expected results linked to objectives?)
· Consolidates financial indicators, reporting and dashboards and checks consistency
· Develops dashboards and KPI adapted to own environment
· Ensures that financial data communicated is accurate through consistency checks and additional interactions with stakeholders if necessary
Required skills and qualifications (Management and function competencies regarding available Nexans models, personal attributes, education, experience)
· Education: master’s degree in Finance related field – partial education or certificate in computer science is a plus
· Language: English, French, Arabic,
· Years of experience: 2-5 years in an international company
· Experience in audit
· Experience in P&L
· Good computer skills, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, data mining and reporting
