Fantastic opportunity for a self-driven apprentice wanting to specialising in HumanResources with apptitude forCommunicationsto support the transformation in one of our major international business units, ISP.

ISP BG has a strong international presence with worldwide revenues of circa 700 M + and is made up of ISP Europe Business unit (dedicated plants/site/teams in France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland and Sweden), Acceleration & Solutions Business unit (global marketing, business development and services), North America, and APAC (China, Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand). The position is based in Nexans headquarters in La Defense, close to Paris, where you will work closely with the HR Business Partner ISP Europe, other HR professionals and Business Leaders.

Main activities and outcomes:-

· A self-driven apprentice will support the advancement of internal communications, and will accelerate the wider spread of information, faster creating greater visibility for ISP Europe BU. In a context of internal transformation, the ability to mobilize all employees is crucial hence the need for pragmatic and effective internal communication mechanisms. He/she will be supporting the writing of news and the liaison with sites on content, research illustrations and visuals and implementation, putting also online the ISP news (intranet)
· The Apprentice will support the HRBP Europe on topics relating to Performance Management, People Reviews and Succession Plans, HR analytics and Employee Database, Recruitment and Workforce follow up, Employee surveys, Employee Engagement, Social policies & Campaigns , Recruitment and Workforce follow up
· The Apprenticewill be responsible for HR data quality, data analysis and data management in general. He / She will be asked to provide data synthesis, transform raw data into “readable” pieces and presentations, provide suggestions in terms of development activities for identified population. He / she will also roll out and implement key group programs. He / she will serve as key point of contact for the HR of the BG when the HRBP is not available.
· Data accuracy and availability, charts and graphics produced, help given to the various HR business partners to extract and manage the data. Ownership of the various global processes such as performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits in the adequate time frame and roll out sequence.
· The Apprentice will witness how a Business Groupdrives its key transverse HR processes, aligned with Corporate goals and policies. The Apprentice will be able to participate to all key topics of the HR role in the Business Unit– with a focus on data intelligence. The ISP Europe division because of its diverse, strategic and global teams and markets make it an exciting business to be part of.
· Main challenge is to get self-organized, to manage a large quantity of data and make sense out of it to fit the needs of a variety of HR stakeholders. Customer focus, ability to train both managers and HR to fully leverage SAP / Success Factor tools is a unique opportunity to get acquainted with a sophisticated ERP.
· A curious person cango and learn a number of different things, get a sense of how HR practice happens in a variety of countries
