Job Ad: Accounts Receivable Accountant

Mission:

The Accounts Receivable Accountant processes invoices, incoming payments, post dated cheques management, credit memos, bad debts provisions and customer queries in an accurate and timely manner.

Administrate support for daily payments via internet banking (that are not under mass process)

Applies Nexans procedures and ensures compliance on accounts receivable activities.

Contributes to procedures and systems improvements and changes on Accounts Receivable domain.

Main responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for:

· Bachelor Degree in Economics
· Local Accounting Expertise
· IFRS Accounting Expertise
· Tax Expertise
· Consolidation
· Audit Expertise
· Bank transactions and Cheques management
· Legal & Regulatory Environment
· Understanding Nexans Business Environment
· Nexans Processes, Organization and IT Systems
· Internal Control
· Communication and impact
· English language
· Finance ERP & other finance tools (e.g. SAP)
