Job description
Newspress has a vacancy for an organised, clear-thinking individual who has an eye for detail and an obsession for accuracy.
We are a company that works with all the major car manufacturers, distributing press material on their behalf but also formulating technical specification sheets for their press car launches.
The press fleet administrator will be the main point of contact, ensuring that all specification sheets are accurate, formulated within required deadlines and in the correct format. That's why we need a stickler for detail who is computer-literate with a friendly, client-facing attitude.
The successful candidate will also be required to assist the administration team uploading press materials on to the Newspress website and other automotive media websites. Shiftwork between the hours of 8.30 and 18.30 will be required.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required and an understanding of CMS systems, Dreamweaver and basic html script is desirable. Full training will be given, however.
