About the Role

Role is intended to provide expertise in the processing of these key benefits. Focus on audit, third party relationships and internal customer communications

Key Responsibilities

·  Monthly audit of the pension employer and employee contributions, managing the data flow between payroll and pension providers
·  Monthly pension process of uploading the data to the pension provider
·  Challenge and provide recommendations for processes surrounding the administration of the pension and risk related benefits, specifically the starter and change of contract processes
·  Monthly audit of benefit take up and exceptions for all risk benefits
·  Resolve escalated queries from scheme members
·  Recommendations based on competitor information and market data on the benefit offering. Explore opportunities to maximise the use of current benefits
·  Third party management for pension and risk benefit providers
·  Annual benefit renewal process management, to include market information, internal strategic thinking and data accuracy
·  Management of the twice yearly benefit window for new entrants
·  Ad hoc support to the wider reward team

Desired profile

Experience & Skills

·  Technical DC pension knowledge
·  Highly numerate
·  Strong excel skills
·  Good customer focussed skills for stakeholder management
·  Experience of working in a fast paced reward team
·  Administration of risk benefits
·  Familiar with the market for these key areas
