About the Role

As a Delivery Admin Assistant your key responsiblities will be to provide effective administration support for the Wholesale team and to assist with the planning and development of the department. Taking responsibility for the delivery schedule, Wholesale partner liaison with the distribution centre and supporting the Wholesale team through reporting alongside managing close relations with the BMD teams regarding all delivery information

Responsibilities

·  Intake Management :- Day to day management of intake and relationship with BMD teams, Distribution Centre and Wholesale partner to ensure goods are delivered on time, slippage is communicated to all interested parties and compliance issues are resolved.
·  PO maintenance : Maintaining close contact with teams and Wholesale partner to ensure that all impacts on delivery dates are communicated or resolved.
·  Reporting :- Able to assist Wholesale Assistant, where necessary, with all reporting requirements.
·  Delivery :- Be a single point of contact between New Look and Wholesale Partner to facilitate and manage the delivery process.
