Data Entry Clerk - REQUIRED URGENTLY
New Generation Courier Logistics - West Bromwich
Permanent Role
37.5 hrs per week
About the Job:
We at New Generation Courier Logistics are currently looking to recruit a Data Entry Clerk to support within the Accounts department.
This role will be based in our Head Office on the High Street, West Bromwich and you will report directly into the Accounts Manager.

Duties Include:
- Data Inputting supplier invoices into the Sage system (80% of the role)
- Sage accounts administration (5%)
- Document Filing (5%)
- Invoice processing & payments (5%)
- Any other ad-hoc duties (5%)
Essential Skills:
- Pro-active
- Good prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Going beyond service expectations with the will to go even further to ensure that the job is complete
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with or familiarity with Sage Accounts software or basic book keeping software
- Experience of working within Accounts
