Innovation Operations Asset Coordinator

At Netflix, we continuously test new features and experiences that make it easier for our members to discover and enjoy content on the service. Innovation Operations is a key stakeholder in defining and implementing the asset, data, and operational solutions for these exciting future Netflix experiences.  We’re looking for exceptional and accomplished Asset Coordinators to join our team. As an Asset Coordinator, you will provide critical project coordination and asset fulfillment support. At a high level, you will set-up, track and troubleshoot assets (artwork, metadata, video) in our content management system. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for influencing partners and providing thought leadership to continuously optimize the way that assets are fulfilled.  This is not an entry-level or administrative support role. On a day-to-day basis, you will execute on asset implementation plans put forth by Innovation Project Managers on the team. This plan typically covers general project coordination responsibilities such as systems testing of a proposed workflow, asset setup and ingestion, sourcing for all required elements across partner teams and ensuring that they’re being tracked and delivered by internal and external creative teams.  The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment that relies on their self-discipline and ability to set and meet simultaneous daily and long-term deadlines. If you’re extremely curious, detail-oriented, able to grasp technical workflows quickly and a strong communicator, this role might be the perfect fit for you.  This role is based out of our Los Angeles, CA offices. 
·  Project coordination of ongoing asset / data fulfillment needs related to A/B tests
·  Sourcing, setup, ingestion and tracking of assets (video, artwork, metadata) in our content management systems
·  Troubleshoot asset-related issues with Engineering and Product Support teams 
·  Identify and drive more optimized ways to deliver innovation assets with other Product teams
·  Support testing of atypical tooling use cases with direction from Innovation Project Managers
