Young Graduate Food/Nutrition Scientist “I want utilize my potential and make the most of my career” Nestlé R&D Center, Amiens, France Temporary (18 months role) leading to Permanent Position We are looking for young talents with backgrounds in Food Science, Food/Animal Nutrition, or Food Process Science that we will develop through our Young Graduate Program in a pet welfare environment and within the respect of Nestlé people core values. The Young Graduate Program is designed to enable highly-talented university graduates to participate in a stimulating, multicultural and challenging learning environment while providing a thorough exposure to the operations area of business within the Nestlé PetCare R&D environment. Beginning in Fall 2015, you will be part of an international program for 18 months where you will gain valuable work experience in our European R&D Center located in France as well as other Nestlé Purina PetCare European facilities. This program has been completely designed to prepare you for a potential future career within Purina PetCare units, based in Europe and other countries where Nestlé Purina PetCare operates. Throughout the program, you will evolve in a dynamic and team spirited environment. A mentor will follow you and support your progression throughout the program. Moreover, you will also benefit from a range of trainings which include those teaching pet food specific knowledge. After successful completion of the program, we will review the best positions in the Purina PetCare Network to fit our business needs and your personal and technical profile. Key responsibilities ·Plan, organize and perform trials and experiments in the pilot plant necessary to achieve brief objectives in a timely manner related to product development ·Effectively communicate throughout the life cycle of the project through oral presentation and timely with the involved stakeholders. ·Participate in innovation sessions for the creation of new product concepts, processes or equipment, by providing actionable scientific ideas and participating in marketing initiatives ·Provide nutritional guidance through early involvement in R&D projects Education and experience ·Recently graduated with a master degree in Food Science, Food/Animal Nutrition, Food Process Science ·A first experience or internship in food industry will be considered an advantage ·Fluency in English (spoken and written), any other language is a plus Show us that you demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new concepts.
