GLOBE (Global Business Excellence) was created in July 2000 and was the most ambitious business process reengineering program we had ever initiated. Through GLOBE, we improved the performance and operational efficiency of our businesses worldwide by revisiting all aspects of our business practices and shaping new ways to run Nestlé.

15 years on, we are now embarking on a new phase of process renovation where we will improve our Business processes to be best in class enabling us to leverage the size and capabilities of Nestlé for competitive advantage to Win in the Marketplace.

Your main mission as a Young Graduate Business Analyst will be to enhance processes and solutions to enable Nestlé to make the difference. You will also facilitate the assessment of cloud solutions, report progress and coordinate communication between local solution owners and global cloud management team.

Key responsibilities

· Ensure efficient use of business and collaborative applications
· Maintain portfolio of cloud solutions
· Provide day-to-day analysis on business needs, through direct contacts with experts, as well as assistance whenever required for critical solutions
· Write functional/process specifications and deliver solutions/processes in production as per expectations
· Participate and follow up on budget elaboration
· Agree on project/activity objectives, plan, monitor and report mechanism and ensure the proper structure as an application owner
· Carry out risk assessment and manage risks and issues
· Make sure that all project objectives and deliverables are met on time, quality and budget

Education and experience

· Master degree in IS/IT
· Experience in information Systems or Business process analysis skills
· Exposure to matrix organizations
· Fluent in English and in French
