Job description
Job Functions:
•Develop and implement an extensive strategic plan that includes Key Decision Makers, Key Hospital Owners, Key Opinion Leaders as well as HCPs for the key institutions.
•Plan, execute and evaluate programs and activities with the objective of building the image of Wyeth Nutrition.
•Monitor budget and operating costs to ensure greater productivity and efficiency.
•Develop, recommend and implement extensive customer and institutional activities geared towards the achievement of long-term partnership.
•Manage and synchronize the implementation of programs in all assigned medical institutions.
•Coordinate with Trade counterparts in ensuring product availability in the medical channels.
•Achieve “preferred company” status in the institutions through superb customer service and as a total solutions provider.
•Update and communicate developments relating to competitors' activities in hospitals and institutions, gather competitive data from fieldwork activities and report the same to Management.
•Facilitate WNSC programs and workshops for Wyeth in the Region.
•Recommend and develop counter measures to protect company interest.
•Ensure that all tasks and activities adhere to the Local Code, the WHO Code, and WN Instructions.
Qualifications:
•Graduate of a 4-year course
•Minimum of 2 to 3 years exposure as Territory Manager with consistent record of excellent performance and Values ratings
•With good oral and written communication skills.
