Job description

FUNCTIONS:

•Develop, recommend and implement strategies specific to his assigned area for the achievement of assigned objectives.
•Plan and organize the activities of Territory Managers to ensure efficient implementation and strategies.
•Manage the implementation of programs in the assigned area.
•Developed and implement continuous relationship-building programs in the assigned area.
•Provide regular updates pertaining to marketing efforts and activities of competition in the assigned area.
•Develop goodwill among healthcare professionals through actual visits and/ or written communication.
•Conduct regular meetings with Territory Managers, monitor performance in order to ensure that right strategies and plans for each territory are implemented.
•Conduct regular performance evaluation of all Territory Managers to determine areas for development and improvement.
•Monitor budget and cost operations of the assigned area to ensure greater productivity and efficiency.
•Participate actively in the selection and placement of personnel in the assigned area to ensure full manpower complement.
•Conduct direct field supervision and on-the-job training to all Territory Managers as part of their training and development.
•Attend conferences on marketing programs for proper implementation of cascaded programs in the assigned area.
•Prepare required reports and correspondences regularly and promptly.
•Ensure compliance of all Territory Managers in the assigned area on all reporting requirements.
•Coordinate with Trade Sales counterparts through regular meetings to ensure Product Availability, Market Hygiene, and Completeness of Product Range and exchange information favorable to the execution of plans in the assigned area.
•Coordinate with Clinical Meetings Division on the continuing information campaign to healthcare professionals and various organizations involving medical doctors, nurses, midwives, schools and other customers of Territory Managers.
•Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
•Ensure adherence of Territory Managers to the Local Code, WHO Code, and WN Instructions.
•Ensure that all tasks and activities adhere to the lord Local Code, the WHO Code, and WN Instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Graduate of a 4-year course with a minimum of 3 to 5 years exposure as Territory Manager.
•With good oral/written communication skills.
•Has excellent leadership and planning skills.
