Temporary Maternity Cover Position (6 months)

Are you an experienced Vet Nurse who has excellent technical expertise? Are you customer-focused with strong people skills? Then this could be the role you're looking for.
We're looking for a Vet Nurse based in our attractive Gatwick offices. You'll be rewarded with an attractive package (£25k depending on experience, up to 5% bonus and excellent wider benefits.) More importantly, you'll be working with a range of products and people that will inspire you.

Our Opportunity
We have a great opportunity to for a Vet Nurse to join our team in Nestle Purina.
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Services, the experience of working within a busy small animal practice will enable you to provide expert advice on companion animal health, nutrition and wellbeing directly to our consumers, as well as successfully resolving complaints. It is a requirement that you can provide out of hours support (on call at weekends).

You
To be successful in this role you must be a fully qualified Vet Nurse and passionate about customer service. You will be versatile, a problem solver and have excellent attention to detail. These roles come with a high degree of responsibility early on and therefore strong technical knowledge and a proactive mind-set will be the key to your success.
Together with an interest in nutrition you will have the ability to make sound decisions under pressure and juggle conflicting priorities - Whether offering advice or resolving issues you will ensure total customer satisfaction.
