In the role as Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be a part of Nespresso Sweden’s Business to Consumer (B2C) team which is responsible for the business with retail (Trade) partners in Sweden such as Elgiganten, Media Markt, Netonnet and Elon. The B2C team consists of 9 people reporting to our B2C Sales Manager.
As Trade Marketing Specialist, you are the link between marketing and sales. Your responsibility will be to support our sales force in assuring Nespresso´s visibility, securing a consistent brand communication at the trade partners in line with Nespresso´s brand guidelines (both instore and online).
With the end goal to help our trade partners to increase sell-out, you work closely with the sales department to build and implement strong campaign plans, some coming from HQ and some being developed locally.
In this role you will get a large network internally, in Nespresso and in Nestle Nordics, and externally with customers and agencies. Our culture is exceptionally diverse and international, as well as friendly and open-minded.

Your will work with tasks within the following areas:
Operational Trade Marketing/Campaign deployment in trade partner channel such as:
• Supporting our B2C Sales Manager in the planning and implementation of the trade marketing strategy in Sweden.
• Responsible for the creation of online and instore POS-material according to HQ guidelines and responsible for following up on all trade marketing activities according to plan.
• Supporting and working with Key Account Manager (KAM); responsible for setting the visual framework for trade presentations, provide KAM with relevant facts and selling material. Also accompanying KAM at trade partners when suitable to work with the trade partner teams for best possible Nespresso brand presence and execution. Together with KAM build detailed customer marketing plans and consistently follow up on results that are documented and reported to B2C Sales Manager.
Project Manager Trade Campaigns such as:
• Project manager for trade campaigns
• Project manager for trade fairs/launch events/mall events
Category Management Excellence and Monitoring such as:
• Secure strong brand visibility and consistent brand expression in the trade partner channel (both instore and online) in co-operation with Marketing.
• Build category management competence in the Swedish Electronic hardware segment, as a basis for future idea developments to increase brand visibility and stimulate sales.
• Development of activities to build the perfect “path to purchase” in coordination with the B2C team and Marketing.
Finance and administration such as:
• Responsible for managing the Trade Marketing budgets together with the B2C Sales Manager.
• Supporting B2C Sales Manager in organizational and administrative tasks concerning trade activities and developments.
Your experiences and qualifications
We think that you have a university degree (or equivalent) in marketing and/or sales and 3-5 years’ experience of trade marketing from FMCG or the electronic hardware business. You have good commercial understanding as well as understanding of operational issues and developments.
You are fluent, orally as well as in writing, in Swedish and English. We assume you are skilled in using Microsoft Office and in an IT-systems environment.
