We're looking for an ambitious Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Specialist with a passion for improving manufacturing processes through leading project teams and supporting operations on their journey to autonomy in problem solving. Our Opportunity
We're looking for people to lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams to identify and eliminate losses in our challenging and fast moving manufacturing environment. The role offers a real opportunity to develop your leadership skills through working with and influencing a range of people on site – from the Factory Manager to Process Operators. You'll be given the responsibility to lead and coach business critical improvement activities across the factory, with a focus on developing innovative and sustainable solutions and a continuous improvement mind-set at all levels. You
Your career so far will demonstrate a proven ability to influence and engage operational teams and factory management to deliver results and build capability. You will be an engineering, science or mathematics graduate with a curious and analytical approach. You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong willingness to learn, adapt and develop both yourself and your career.

Ideally your process improvement skills will be excellent, and you will have experience of improvement techniques (for example six sigma / Lean / TPM / 8D). If your process improvement skills aren't at an advanced level, but you can show the appropriate people skills and aptitude to succeed in the role; we'll provide you with appropriate training and development opportunities. This could include training in six sigma to green belt level and the opportunity to become certified.
