Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Shopper & Customer Insight Manager position in Kyiv.

Main Purpose of the job:

· To use market understanding& insights to proactively challenge business strategy and decisions - ensuring channel, category and strategic customer strategy are developed from, and supported by, continuous market and shopper understanding as well available internal data;
· To manage a holistic continuous insight program that captures and communicates shopper understanding across channels, categories and key strategic customers;
· Lead Provide business recommendations based on shopper, category and sales insights to enable decision making process and flawless execution of Nestle brand.

Main Responsibilities:

· Design and develop a proprietary set of deep shopper insights on mission, shopping occasions and need states by channel and category;
· Leverage input from research and data suppliers and other 'shopper' experts to ensure that Nestle approach to Shopper Understanding is at the forefront in the local market;
· Lead third party data/service suppliers in the development of products and services that enhance the use of application of shopper/customer understanding and insight across the business;
· Driving greater understanding, use and integration of Shopper Understanding into Category Channel Sales Development (CCSD) and KA teams. Ensuring CCSD, Customer Teams and Marketing are fully up to speed with current learnings and implications;
· Develop shopper understanding by category/channel through designing and executing specific shopper research projects in cooperation with agencies;
· Develop understanding of the different shopper purchase patterns & profiles in the key customers through transaction data analysis (MRC, EYC, AC Nielsen etc), continuous Shopper data sources (HHP, etc) and specific researches (Loyalty Card programs);
· Translate in-store shopper research findings into customer category development action plans. Provide insights on improving main shelf visibility and display efficiency to boost category purchases;
· Lead dashboards availability with core performance indicators for sales, CCSD, BUs, based on available source of data;
· Lead continuous evaluation of shopper and retail trends to identify growth opportunities;
· Lead on-going and ad-hoc shopper/ channel/ customer insights research projects with regards to specific objectives focusing on Sales optimization at PoP (Planogram, location/ placement, visibility, in-store promotions and communication), customer-specific partnering initiatives, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

· University Degree (Marketing or Economics);
· 3+ years of relevant experience in market research, customer insights;
· Strong knowledge of marketing research tools, qualitative and quantative analysis;
· Excellent analytical skills;
· Ability to transform data into information for business decision making;
· Strong communication skills;
· Fluent English;
· Confident user of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
