So here's your opportunity! We're looking for a passionate and driven Shopper Activation Manager to join our thriving team.
You'll be responsible for creating and delivering shopper activation plans based on insight, which focus on our strategic priorities and positively influence shoppers' in-store. This will entail the development and implementation of customer specific promotions, premiums / gift with purchase offers, in store sampling and demonstrations, display and merchandising equipment, account specific mailers and direct mailers, along with any other point of purchase visibility and communication materials.
You'll need to demonstrate a solid understanding of shopper insights and the FMCG market and customer landscape and be able to translate this knowledge into innovative activation plans that fit with customer requirements and will motivate the shopper along the path to purchase.
You need to be able to influence internal and external stakeholders, and it's crucial that you are able to demonstrate success managing your own budgets. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. You'll be an excellent team player full of energy and enthusiasm, who can foster relationships across all business levels to ensure maximum results.
With one eye on the detail & the other on the opportunities, you'll possess well developed planning and analytical skills and the courage to back your instinct. As the successful applicant you'll also ideally have a degree in a marketing discipline, combined with minimum 2 years marketing experience in an FMCG company, and will be able to demonstrate strong skills in creating engaging brand experiences.
