Job description
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to develop point-of-sales (POS) materials in line with the in-store vision of success for the category/sub category.
· Ensure all in-the-store materials are tested before implementation and continuously seek to improve in-store visibility for Nestle categories and brands.
· Conduct post evaluation of the shelf management activities and Point of sales materials/ solutions.
· Monitor activities and trends of display solutions and communicate impact or opportunities to the team.
· Ensure alignment with brand strategy when designing POS material or display solutions and consistently execute across all trade channels.
· Optimize POS material or display solutions budget for the category and ensure adherence to all company principles, policies, trade terms, safety and local regulations.
Requirements:
· Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience Brand Management, In-store Merchandising solutions, or Trade Marketing related field.
· Experience in successfully implementing shopper understanding into in-store activation.
· Possess project management and good communication skills.
