We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift coordinator to join the Freeze Dried Coffee Manufacturing Team. Our opportunity
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving improvements in the key operational processes throughout the department in a culture of performance, review and action, open communication, employee involvement and continuous improvement.
Managing and owning stock control and the consumption of raw and packaging materials to process orders is key to ensuring current stock balances are accurate on Nestlé reporting systems at all times.
As Shift Coordinator you'll assist the Shift Manager by planning and managing day-to-day labour allocation to meet production targets, and identifying opportunities and initiatives to drive improvement in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost and Service.

We expect you to have strong numeracy skills, well developed IT skills and excellent analytical, planning, organising and communication skills and it would be beneficial to have Basic Food Hygiene.
You'll be a motivated, flexible and enthusiastic self-starter with the confidence and initiative to question and challenge appropriately to help make decisions.
Key to the role will be the ability to drive the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program forwards and maximize performance in all areas, including health and safety, quality, waste, labour efficiency via measurement and analysis.
