Sensory Panellist (3 hours a week)

£7.85 per hour

Nestle needs your taste buds! Are you interested in food? Are you able to spare one morning a week? Do you have a sensitive palate and no food restrictions? You could be the person we are looking for.

At Nestlé we are proud to produce some of Britain's best loved brands such as Kit Kat, Nescafé, Smarties, Buxton, Go Cat and Shreddies. Around 95% of UK households consume our brands, and more than two billion Nestlé products are sold in the UK every year. The Chemistry team ensure that consumers have accurate information regarding the nutritional profile of our products, and that our products consistently meet the defined nutritional standards.

What can you expect?
As a Sensory Panellist you will work as part of a team sampling some of our international favourites like Kit Kat, Polo and Aero. In the first few weeks of employment you will be given full training on analysing flavours. Tasting sessions take place on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 – 12:30

Other responsibilities will include:
· Describing taste experience? (not just flavour but texture too)
· Giving detailed feedback
· Eating chocolate and confectionery.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about our products with the ability to express their taste experiences.

Other attributes would include:
· To be comfortable working in a team and sharing opinions
· To be appreciative of good food or enthusiasm for confectionery?
· Make themselves available Tuesday mornings 9:30 – 12:30
· Sensitive palate
