Your Opportunity
An opportunity exists for an SAP Costing Accountant or Super-User to accelerate their career in IS IT and project management.
Joining the Finance & Control team in our regional ISIT Centre you will manage sustain activities and small scale projects for SAP Costing solutions for business units spread across the Asia/Oceania/Africa (AOA) region.
Based in Rhodes, our ISIT centre provides functional support to all Nestlé markets and is one of only four of its kind in the Nestlé world. Within it, you will have the opportunity to become our subject matter expert in Costing as you work in a large Global environment and with offshore teams.
Strong knowledge of functional, manufacturing costing processes and effective communication skills are vital to your success as your responsibilities include:
· Ensuring business units are well prepared for implementation and sustain activities in line with agreed timelines
· Supporting testing, specification and configuration activities and utilizing offshore services as directed
· Participating in and contributing to the deployment of solution functionalities and process improvement projects
· Planning, documenting and delivering configuration work or change requests as well as reporting on status of assignment
· Working closely with process stream team members on sustain and implementation activities, including ground works preparation as required
· Analysing and resolving tickets, working closely with internal and external stakeholders including offshore sustain groups to resolve and address issues
About You
This role is well suited to a Costing Accountant within a manufacturing organisation who confident with SAP, curious about technology and has an eagerness to learn. Effective communication skills are vital to your success as you develop working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours. Some short term, international travel may be required.
Joining a collaborative team, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high pressure environment. You will be analytically minded with proven capacity for root cause analysis, problem solving and the ability to share your knowledge with a variety of stakeholders.
Previous exposure to SAP Controlling and SAP Material Ledger modules are essential. Experience with SAP CO PC and advanced excel skills will be highly regarded. University qualifications are essential and CA / CPA / CIMA qualifications are preferred.
