Nespresso Finland is looking for a Sales Coordinator in our Espoo Keilasatama office while the current position holder is pursuing into the new challenges inside the organization.
Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in administrative duties and is charge of trade tools. This is about technical support related to trade tools and supporting account manager with the demo agency and demo staff. Sales Coordinator reports directly to Sales Manager.
You are vital part of the sales team and your tasks will be following:
• Responsible for managing demo field sales tools (hardware/software) and acts as a key user for the tools
• Planning and coordinating training events related to coffee tastings in the stores as well as managing training events and exhibitions for the customers
• Coordinating store co-operation
• Updating sales support programs and analyzing data
• Producing sales related reports, following of KPI ‘s
• Updating customer database and price lists
• Handling orders and other sales support tasks
Your profile
To succeed in this role you have commercial acumen with highly developed multi-tasking skills. You are open to the challenges. Accuracy, carefulness and proactivity describe your style of working. You have experience on executing trainings and have knowledge IT tools. We are looking for someone who has a suitable degree in economics and 3-4 years of work experience in similar tasks. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and in Finnish are expected.
