Job description

Nestlé Sweden is looking for a Sales Controller to be situated in our Helsingborg office. You will report directly to the Head of Decision Support & Sales Controlling and be a part of the Nordic Sales Controlling team consisting of ten sales controllers located in four Nordic countries.

Your future challenges
· Co-pilot to the Country Manager and the commercial organization in the daily operations
· Preparation of monthly forecasting and sales meetings
· Monthly reporting internally and to Headquarter
· Involvement in Business cases and support the commercial organization in decision making
· Ownership of implementation of Nordic pricing framework
· Optimizing and challenging status quo on current ways of working & processes
· Analysis and evaluation of net prices and profitability on customer level
· Ad hoc analyses

Your analyses, calculations, and statistics are the basis of decision making and development of our customers and categories.


Your talent and drive
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience within controlling. Previous experience in the FMCG business and the use of SAP R/3 and BW is an advantage. You are result focused and have a strong business acumen as well as being an experienced user of Excel and MS Office.

As a person you pay attention to details and possess highly analytical skills. You are able to communicate in a complex business environment in an understandable manner to relevant stakeholders. You are structured and well organized in the way you work and have the capabilities to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external customers.

You hold a proactive and pragmatic attitude with a can-do working style. Being solution oriented and curious by nature, you search courageously for innovative ways to add value to your customers. Holding a university degree is expected, preferably within Business Administration, Economics or Finance. You are business proficient in Swedish and fluent in English; orally as well as in writing.
