Resources Material Planning (RMP) & Production Planner (Supply Chain) - Suratthani Factory

Main Purpose of the Job :
· Simulate 18-month production plan to match with production capacity and shutdown plan in order to optimize both production and supply chain cost.
· Issue and monitor the production plans to ensure that the supply of the finished goods is in line with the demand of both internal and external customers.
· Ensure smooth raw and packaging material arrival as well as smooth out-bound delivery of raw and packaging material to production line.
· Ensure smooth supply of wooden rentel pallet to factory's warehouse and Distribution Center (DC).
Main Responsibilities :
· Co-ordinate with DSP team to simulate and optimize 18-month production plan.
· Prepare the weekly production plans and update realistic production capacity and shutdown plan.
· Allocate the daily production plan (DPS) via the system for each production line.
· Check material availability to match the DPS and MPS plans before providing the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) to the Material Management (Procurement Officer) to proceed the material supply.
· Follow-up daily actual production outputs by DOR meeting or the system against the plan; revise the plan to meet the weekly master production plan (MPS) and customer requirements, when necessary, to ensure that the production plans are smoothly executed.
· Provide information related to the production plans and adjust the production plan, when necessar,to support other functions such as Material Management, Warehouse, Engineering, Production, QA, AG, etc.
· Adjust the finished good despatch PO according to the material handling requests.
· Ensure smooth supply of rental pallets to DC/Buffer Warehouse, and manage to plan daily pallet requirment and supply.

Qualifications :
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
· 3-5 years' experience in Production Planning, Resources Manaterial Planning
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Computer literacy; experience in using SAP would be beneficial

This position is based in Suratthani province, therefore, an applicant who has hometown in Suratthani province and/or nearby will be most advantageous.
