.Are you an analytical individual for a passion for retail? Due to an internal promotion Nespresso is looking for a Retail Analyst to join the boutique team based in Gatwick.

What can you expect?

The Retail Analyst will co-pilot the National Boutique Manager and Commercial managers to drive commercial performance and accountabilities. Key focus is to optimise top line, operations and profitability performance through dashboard management and insightful analysis enabling decision making and prioritisation for the Retail network

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Manage the all performance data for the retail and trade network including, Monthly business planning, Deep dive analysis and the retail dashboards

Create a set of metrics to enable transparency and accountability on productivity to optimise KPI achievement across the retail network

Manage target, analyse results and feedback key learnings to ensure continuous improvements across the reward and bonus platform for the boutique network

Support the Retail Development team on new boutique requests working with the CRM team to understand boutique performance and highlight potential opportunities

Works closely with the retail leadership team to review KPI dashboards to review performance and agree monthly action plans and prioritisation across the boutique network

Who are we looking for?

This is hugely important role for Nespresso and will be a key member of the retail team so we are looking for someone with a strong analytic background and a passion for retail. Finance qualifications would be advantageous however practical experience in the industry will be considered.

Previous retail analyst experience is essential to be considered

Candidates who has demonstrated a career passion for retail will be looked on favourably

·
Nespresso use Cognos, however previous experience and capability to use effectively reporting tools is required

·
Demonstrable experience of driving improvements based on KPI’s with the use of accurate and focussed data

·
Rational thinking, curious mind and a high attention to detail are all attributes we are looking for
