Reliability Engineer – Nestle Waters
Buxton
We are looking for a driven and committed Reliability Engineer to join the team in Buxton. At Nestle Waters we have established ourselves as the world leader in the bottled water market and we're committed to bottling the very best waters from the source and straight to our customers via the most advanced and sustainable techniques currently employed.
What you can expect?
The Reliability Engineer will support and participate in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance programme. This is aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimise maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
· Actively participate in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.
· Support and participate in the implementation maintenance methodologies (PM pillar, foundations), usually member of PM pillar.
· Monitor Product Quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people, product safety and environment are not compromised.
· Master and coach breakdown analysis.
· Assist with the technical training program for all factory maintenance staff.
· Build up AMM competencies within Engineering.
· Support and participate in implementation of applicable standards.
This role will report into the Factory Engineering Manager and will form part of the Engineering team on site. This is an exciting role with a great opportunity to lead through change and progress your career people.
Who we are looking for?
· Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
· Evidence of the ability to lead and coach.
· Ability to motivate, influence and coach people as they work.
· Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience
· Proven experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing with TPM experience
· Ability to motivate, influence and coach people as they work.
· Preferable experience of working with Siemens systems.
