Job description
Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety and quality standards are implemented, understood and practiced by all employees.
· Ensure Quality and Food Safety standards in the products are met by training of personnel, close monitoring of the processing and improvement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in factory environment.
· Supervise and train QA personnel so as to ensure a high standard and reliability of analytical work is achieved and maintained.
· Ensure continuous improvement in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality according to monitoring scheme.
· Ensure continuous improvements on the product quality from time to time by implementing new ideas and better ways of operations.
· Provide Quality Management Support to Co-Manufacturing partners.
Requirement:
· Degree in either Food Technology/ Food Science discipline with minimum of 3- 5 years experience in quality control / quality assurance in a food manufacturing or food processing industry.
· Possess good working knowledge and experience in food processing mainly in GMP, HACCP, Quality Systems and processes.
· Candidate with hands on quality assurance / quality control experience will have an added advantage.
· Good scientific and analytical skills with minimum supervision.
