As Project Engineering Manager, you manage capital investment project execution and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders by managing a small team and also a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets.
Key responsibilities
· Oversee all steams of projects and their links into the factory
· Oversee all steams of your project and their links into the Nestlé environment
· Manage required resources and competence levels
· Lead project teams primarily by coaching, motivating and inspiring
· Drive decision-making by effectively networking with relevant stakeholders (up to executive levels)
· Manage progress and potential scope changes through proactive and open communication
· Challenge constructively at all levels
· Strive for continuous improvement
Education and experience
· Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline
· Minimum 3 years' experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in industry
· Experience in factory operations
· First experience in managing a small team
· Sound understanding of contracts, construction law and permitting requirements
· Developed technical, communication, networking, managerial and leadership abilities
· Ability to engage, align and coordinate stakeholders
· Fluency in English & French. German is a plus
