Job description
Main purpose of the job is to develop and implement the appropriate technical standards in innovation and renovation of products and processes in portfolio as driven by business needs.
The Job:
Innovation of product
· To implement new product development procedures and guidelines
· Responsible to manage product, process and packaging innovations for the factory
· To ensure product compliance by design (quality, food safety and regulatory)
· To drive change management resulting from New Product Development innovations in the factory
· Manage product development to meet 60/40+ as defined by Business Unit in the debrief
· Responsible to manage technical releases for the factory
Product and Process Mastership
· To achieve and maintain required technical standards in products (formula & packaging) and processes for all the products in individual portfolio
· To provide technical support to manufacturing on troubleshooting and improvement initiatives
· To drive alternative raw and packaging material initiatives
Database Management and Technical Documentation
· Responsible to update documents in the system for Inno Reno activities
· Responsible for recipe management
The Person:
· Graduate in Food Technology/ Food Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in R&D/ Application/ Innovation – Renovation of products
· Must have experience in Food Manufacturing either in a factory/ kitchen lab
· Possess basic problem solving skills, knowledge of tools/methodology for problem solving
