The Nestlé Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a highly sought after program that sees in excess of 6000 applications per year. Graduates are taken through a 24-month rotational development program that provides an introduction to the working world of Nestlé, as well as a strong foundation for further development.

Key Requirements:

· An accredited Bsc/B Tech Food Science, Food Technology
· Willingness to rotate within different sites across South Africa
· Over 65% academic average
· Excellent communication skills & analytical ability
· Show some leadership capability role in school or community or projects

Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged groups.
