Job description

Key Outputs / Responsibilities:

·  VISUAL IDENTITY : Be functional expert to give consultation following strategic direction from Manager on "Brand Visual Identity" and "Brand Campaign Key Visual" with Nestle Corporate, all Nestlé Brand team across Business Units and aligned agency partners

·  PACKAGING DESIGN : Leverage and apply Winning Actions of BBNW Delight with Product and Packaging Experience Room to frame strategic design direction and co-brief design agency with brand team to develop the most delightful consumer/shopper packaging experience for all Nestle Brand across Business Units from end to end (briefing to final artwork production and color proof)

·  MANAGE DESIGN AGENCY : Ensure first time right quality through Nestle Packaging Design Development Process according to strategic brief. Be Functional expert to ensure all Nestle packaging design, Brand visual Identity and on-pack communication are accurately developed and approved. Ensure packaging artwork can be printed and delivered to the factories on time

·  PACKAGING COMPLIANCE : Partners with Marketing and crossfuntional team to check 100% aligned with Brand Communication Framwork/Guideline, Nestlé Communication Principles and Local FDA regulation/compliacne on packaging artwork.
·  PACKAGING INNOVATION & RENOVATION: Source I&R ideas in printing technique, packaging design structure, and pacakging technology (e.g. AR, QR, hologram)
·  IMPROVED ON-SHELF PACKAGING VISIBILITY : Responsible for ensuring all Nestlé packaging are outstanding over competitor on shelf, Brand colours and Visual Identity are printed and reproduced with absolute accuracy regardless of materials through final sign-off of colour prints

·  MARKETING ASSETS MANAGEMENT : Support local implementation of the digital archiving of packaging and design assets via MAM System

·  USAGE RIGHT CONTROL : Coordinate with design agency and several production houses to get packaging photography and illustration usage rights at local level

Qualifications and Experiences:

·  Minimum of Bachelor Degree in graphic design
·  Minimum of 3 years working experience in design, packaging
·  At ease and confident working with cross functional and cross cultural teams
·  Fluent English (written & spoken)
·  Positive attitude with willingness to work with people in all directions
·  Highly creative with ability to innovate and generate new implementable ideas
·  Good communication and presentation skills and can work independently
