Sainsburys and Wholesale - Online and Digital Customer Development Manager
Circa £35k + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an Sainsburys and Wholesale – Online & Digital Customer Development Manager to join the eBusiness sales team based either at our Head Office in Gatwick or York. This role has recently been created and is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative part of the business.
What can you expect?
The main purpose of this role is to lead the creation and execution of Nestlé's digital and eCommerce strategy in Sainsbury's and Wholesale. This will be by developing the joint ST/MT/LT eBusiness strategy with the customer across a broad contact matrix of stakeholders in both Sainsbury's/Wholesale and Nestle to create the conditions for Nestlé's plans to land.
This is a new and pivotal role within the team to develop Sainsbury's eBusiness and to accelerate eCommerce within the Wholesale channel through driving the leading in eContent, Digitally Connected Brands and Harness Personalised Consumer Experience (PCE) all elements of the eBusiness Operation Master Plan (OMP) to deliver competitive advantage for Nestlé.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
· For each NUK category build a category growth partnership by developing a broad contact network within each customer so that Nestle can help them to achieve their online corporate priorities and online category strategies, tactics and KPI.
· Develop the Nestle eCommerce plan for each NUK category Influence and create traction within Nestlé's and directly with the customers Grocery home shopping or online teams to execute the strategy by leading projects, initiatives and test and learns.
· Lead the execution of brilliant eContent by making sure basic and advanced content is fully compliant across your retailer/wholesaler sites. Work with the wider eBusiness team to develop and optimise to for future developments and across different devices. Collaborate with the community management team to establish and create new retailer exclusive content.
· Lead excellence in online execution throughout the consumer experience journey framework and as the online expert recommend the optimal online plan to maximise basket adds/sales/impressions/click through rates. Support the whole cross functional team as the online expert.
· Champion the integration of our eCommerce strategy internally by providing the relevant data, scorecards and reporting to the business.
· Be the expert internally on upskilling/ICP/customer sells and externally to provide upskilling, lunch n learns and conferences.
Who are we looking for?
As the successful candidate, you'll be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with some marketing or sales experience already under your belt and most importantly have a natural passion for all things digital. With a curious mindset and tenacious personality, you'll play a key part in driving innovative thinking and action across the business. The following skills and experience will also be beneficial:
· Be able to influence with impact across cross-functional / matrix structures.
· Be naturally eager to learn and continually develop your own knowledge of eBusiness.
· Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinker with a tenacity to drive forward change.
· Ideally customer facing experience, as customer contact will be required in this role.
If you have previous experience of Digital or eCommerce great but it's not essential, as long as you enjoy working in an environment that is constantly evolving and have the ability to identify opportunities and deliver plans then this could be the role for you.
