Job description
Do you have a passion to lead and create content for social media?
Nestlé would like to impact and engage our consumers through creative content. This is why we are building our own in-house content hub in the Nordics, to be able to be more agile on social media. Therefore, we are looking for two new creative minds to make our strategy come alive across our social media channels.
You will be responsible for initiating and creating social campaigns and real-time content across our key social media channels. At first, it will be for our leading food and beverage brands, and at a later stage, other categories will follow as well. This include both global and local brands such as Nescafé, Zoégas, Lion, KitKat, MAGGI to name few.
You will work in our corporate central team and work out of the Nordic head office in Ørestad, Copenhagen. However we expect you to spend most of your time with the brand teams located in Ørestad and in Helsingborg, Sweden. We expect you to start in April or the latest beginning of May 2018.
Your everyday challenges
You will be an important part of our team and have the responsibility for the below tasks that are the most important, but they are not limited to:
· Lead of content creation process
· Collaborate with brand teams on content strategy
· Produce creative visuals, copy and micro videos for mainly Facebook and Instagram but also other video channels
· Copywriting and storytelling
· Drive social media content calendar for leading food and beverage brands
· Find simple, clever and appealing ways to grow brands
· Participate and manage projects related to content creation
You also good at analyzing the result and make recommendations on future content.
Your talent and drive
You have a graphic design, copy or photography background with relevant experience, preferably from a media agency or as a freelance. You are creative and have a strong track record in leading and creating content for strong brands – and most importantly you are curious and like generating new concepts.
Requirements
· As you will create content it is important you have experience with either graphic design, photography or copywriting as well as have experience with photo or video software.
· You are fluent in either Swedish or Norwegian in writing as well as orally even though the company language is English.
You have great communication skills and you know when to convince and influence your stakeholders and when to listen and pay attention. Collaboration comes naturally for you but also like to work independently and you are recognized for your imaginative and impactful content.
