Job description
Main Purpose of the Job
To efficiently manage the Inter-Market Supply Collaboration between Export/Import Customer replenishment process achieving agreed on - time Customer Service and consistent Receiver Satisfaction.
Key Outputs:
· Ensure capability to achieve targeted customer service levels to Receivers (Exports) or Domestic Customers (Imports)
· Ensure timely and error free data to perform Intermarket and third party export order-to-cash processes
· Ensure claim/complaints with Quality Management, Logistics, or FICO are resolved within the agreed prescribed period and that resolutions are documented properly by the required functions.
· All IMS events are to be managed by an event management champion or Innovation/Renovation Group whilst the IMCS person remains an objective party.
· Coordinate with Physical Logistics to organize container replenishment and vessel preparation according to the Agreed Dispatch Plan with factory's.
· Ensure compliance with the new requirements strictly by updating new export regulations, Customs (WTO/ AFTA/ FTA), FDA, etc. which are implemented locally and at the receiving markets and closely monitoring logistic providers/customs brokers.
· Be on top of customer and business by conducting regular customer surveys including market visits to meet customers for CSL improvement, information sharing and business reviews.

· Materials Handling: Warehousing & Inland & Ocean Transport
· Sales & Marketing: Export Sales, Brand Management
Key Experiences
· 3 years of experience in Supply Chain-Customer Service in an Export industry.
· 3 years or more of operational experience in Customer Service, Export Sales and Supply Chain in the market.
· University degree in Business Administration, or in International Procurement and Materials Management
· Experience in Import/Export or shipping industry is an additional advantage.
· Knowledge of International Trade, Banking Instruments, Customs Law and Regulations
· Sales support or administration
