Job description
Main Purpose of Job
Supports the National Distributor Management Group through the management and implementation of the DCAR Audit, Incentives Design & Administration, Distributor Meetings, and Awards with periodic performance reports with Analysis.
Key Outputs:
DCAR - Development of Mechanics (Aligned with Standards set by DDG/ SCM-CS/ QM), Audit Methodology, Alignment with Auditors & facilitation of appeals
Overall Distributor Incentive Management which coveres conceptualization to pay-out.
Distributor Total Awards Management from conceputalization to administration (Best Distributor, HR & SCM Excellence Awards, Distributor Brand/BU & Innovation Awards).
Distributor Regional Kick-Off Management and Administration
Distributor Business Meeting Organization from Agenda to Implementation
Key Experiences :
2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
Demonstrated ability to lead people
Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
Experienced in managing Field Sales Teams
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
