Main Purpose of the Job
The Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) Program of Nestlé Philippines is a 2-year development program designed to provide young mavericks an accelerated path towards gaining critical business management skills and leadership experience. Over decades, graduates of this program have progressed to be key change agents holding senior leadership roles in Nestlé.

Program Overview
The 2-year program begins with intensive exposure across various facets of the business, where CMTs are provided classroom and immersive learning experiences. This is intended for CMTs to understand and experience how the Nestlé Purpose and Values are brought to life.
Equipped with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the entire value chain – CMTs are then provided the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in their functional tracks. They immerse in their chosen track, taking on targeted roles and working on actual business challenges where they are expected to deliver strong business results.
Under the Supply Chain Track , CMTs learn the process of ensuring supply through competency-based assignments within Supply Chain and Procurement. They get to immerse and add value in functions such as 1) Procurement 2) Demand & Supply Planning, 3) Distribution Center and Factory Warehousing and Logistics, and 4) InterMarket Materials Management, among others. They are expected to gain knowledge of key Nestlé end to end processes, and build functional competencies in the very exciting and challenging field of Supply Chain and Procurement.
Qualifications:
· Must hold a university degree, and should have graduated within the past two years
· With strong academic performance, and superb work ethic
· Displays strong leadership competencies and behaviors
· Driven – Values quality and strives for continuous improvement
· Grounded – Empathizes with others, especially with consumers, customers, and colleagues
· Displays high learning agility
· Highly flexible and adaptable
