We currently have Casual employment opportunities available to join our brand new concept boutique in Canberra.

Casuals will need to be available and flexible for a minimum of 15 hours per week as you will be rostered regular shifts including weekends with opportunity to increase hours in our busy periods.

You will be...

·Delivering 5 star customer service
·Meeting both personal and team based KPI"s Selling our range of products
·Sharing your love and expertise of our coffee brand with our customers and club members
·Introducing and educating new customers to the Nespresso brand

The successful candidate will possess...

·A strong background in customer service (retail and hospitality backgrounds highly regarded)
·A natural sales aptitude.
·A true desire and passion for customer service and delighting customers
·Exposure to a fast paced environment within a customer facing role.
·A professional attitude, excellent personal presentation and the ability to embody our sophisticated approach.
