MERCHANDISER (m/f)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·  Merchandise and stock Nestlé products at various customer sites in accordance to plan-o-gram specifications
·  Improve shelf positioning and increase product display space
·  Ensure freshness (quality) of products
·  Ensure retail price tags are properly displayed
·  Maintain all Point-of-Sales materials
·  Maintain a neat & orderly back room and establish rapport/credibility with store personnel
·  Follow established route list, keep route materials up to date and demonstrate sound safety practices

REQUIREMENTS
·  One or more years of working experience in merchandising
·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Good written and spoken English
·  Valid Driver's License
·  Result oriented person with a strong desire to exceed expectations
·  Strong self-management skills - ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision
·  Desire to work and develop as a part of team as well as willingness to gain experience in sales
·  A passion to succeed
·  A high level of energy and enthusiasm
·  MS Office knowledge
